I am grateful for the beauty that surrounds me this morning, from the flickering candle on my meditation table, to the sunshine coming through the window behind it, and a warm peace where I sit. The exquisiteness of these things touch and fill my heart. I feel expanded by this, as I am able to contain more joy, and inspiration stirs within me.
