Linda Preston, LMT, Kabbalistic Healer, Reiki Master
Linda is the Director of Cape Cod Center for Body & Soul and has remained active in the healing arts for 25 years. She is a 1996 graduate of A Society of Souls, a 3-year training in Integrated Kabbalistic Healing where she also received 7 years of advanced training. She has also studied energy and auric healing, creative visualization, and shamanism. She has been Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and holds certifications in swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, sportsmassage, craniosacral, hot stone, reflexology, and aromatherapy. She has worked intensively with chiropractors utilizing these methods with medical massage for clients injured in auto accidents. She has served as a Hospice Volunteer, and she has been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 1984. She enjoys providing pain and stress relief, of the body, mind and spirit through massage therapy applications and her healing work.

Sandra Hambly, Licensed Massage Therapist
Sandra Hambly, LMT/CMT, is a graduate of the Harwich Technical School, Massage Therapy Program.
Sandra has been trained in Swedish, Therapeutic, Pre-natal, Sportsmassage, Deep Tissue,
Reflexology, Hot Stones, Hot Lava Shell Massage, as well as spa services. She has integrated all her training into a Spiritual style massage, creating a safe and loving atmosphere. With her approach, she uses natural strokes for healing the mind, body and soul. She loves working with all kinds of people, and in addition welcomes children of all ages as well as the elderly. Being a mother of four, she takes great joy in giving comfort to others.
Sandra lives a spiritual lifestyle, which enhances her work. She continues to work to be a conscious individual, and practices meditation regularly as a part of her daily life. She attends a Bhuddist Silent Meditation Retreat yearly, which allows her to replenish herself and refill the deep reservoir within herself, from which she so lovingly connects with others.
She takes great pleasure in providing any kind of massage, but especially enjoys working with the Hot Lava Shells and Hot Stones. Being natural products from the earth and sea, she finds the effects of working with them very grounding, soothing, and more deeply relaxing, not only for her client, but for herself as well.
Caroline Eberhardt, Licensed Massage Therapist
Caroline is a State Licensed Massage Therapist with professional training that incorporates a variety of diverse massage techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, reflexology, myofascial release Trigger point and sports massage.
She is a graduate of the Cape Cod Community College School of Massage Therapy, and is also Certified by the National Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and a Professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Caroline grew up on the South Shore and resides in Brewster with three beautiful children. Her caring and nurturing personality reveals itself in her work as a Massage Therapist. It is her goal to help her clients relax, reconnect, and regain healthy balance in their bodies.
Dottie Dings, Licensed Massage Therapist
Dottie Dottie Dings, LMT.has been involved in healing and bodywork for over 25 years. She graduated in 1984 from the Swedish Institute in New York City. She has been Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 1997 and has been trained in Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Ayurvedic Marma Point Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Chair Massage.
She traveled to Thailand to study traditional Thai Massage, the Northern style, which includes compression, stretching, energy work and meditation. After living many years in the West Indies (Jamaica) and experiencing many forms of body and energy work from practitioners from all over the world, she returned to Cape Cod to practice healing arts. She enjoys integrating different forms of healing arts to help relieve stress and pain and restore balance to the body — the key to good health
Jeannie M. Heroux, NP
Practicing Tai Chi Chu’an throughout the years, Jeannie became involved in Qigong several years ago with David Silver (Cape Cod Qigong); she has also been involved in seminars with Dr. Yang, Jwing Ming (Yang Martial Arts Association in Jamaica Plain) and studied with Dr. Aihan Kuhn (New England School of Tai Chi and author of “Simple Chinese Medicine”), completing Qigong Instructor certification program and Advanced Qigong Instructor certification program. She also developed the Massachusetts Association of Registered Nurses (MARN) continuing education units program for the Qigong Instructor’s course in collaboration with Dr. Aihan Kuhn, so that the Qigong Instructor course could be offered to Registered Nurses for CEU course credits through Dr. Kuhn.
Jeannie currently teaches Qigong at various Cape locations and continues to expand her knowledge base of Qigong, Tai Chi and complimentary therapies. Coming soon – a comprehensive program to reduce anxiety by building a “Stronger Spirit,” utilizing Jeannie’s extensive experience with nutrition, psychiatry, medicine and of course, Qigong.
Aside from her involvement in eastern treatment modalities, Jeannie is a licensed, board-certified Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and board-certified Clinical Nurse Specialist at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, MA. She holds a Master’s Degree in Science from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She has a practice at the Cape Psychiatric Center at Cape Cod Hospital 20 hours per week while 20 hours per week she provides all the consultation-liaison services for the hospital’s Department of Psychiatry to the general medical service at the hospital including ICU, CCU and the ER. Jeannie has been with Cape Cod Hospital for eight years. She also taught in the Nursing Department of Cape Cod Community College for nine years.
Jeannie is also a musician, singer and songwriter, having played professionally on the Cape for many years. She is currently involved in a couple of musical projects
